What Exactly Happens on Your Moving Day?

The crew arrives at the agreed time. We walk through the home with you to see what’s being moved and what’s staying, and identify items that need special care and the best loading order. Your presence matters at this stage — and it takes no more than a quarter of an hour.

We lay protection on floors, corridors and the elevator before carrying a single item. It’s a step many skip, and it costs scratches on a floor that’s no longer yours or in your new home.

Technicians start dismantling beds, wardrobes and large tables. Every item is numbered, and each item’s screws go in one labeled bag taped to it. That’s what makes assembly fast and correct in the new home.

Each item according to its type: blankets and film for wooden furniture, bubble wrap and boards for glass and screens, boxes for dishes and books. Details are in the packing guide.

Loading order isn’t random: the heaviest and largest go first at the bottom, fragile items on top, and mirrors and screens standing on their edges. Then everything is strapped down to prevent movement on the road.

We walk through with you one last time: every cabinet, drawer, balcony and storeroom. We don’t leave until you confirm everything has been loaded — this is when forgotten items are usually found.

An enclosed vehicle and a driver who knows the road and avoids bumps as much as possible. For intercity moves, we keep you updated on the shipment until arrival.

We lay protection first, then place every box and item in its room. Direct us here before we carry things in, not after — moving a wardrobe twice costs time and effort.

Everything dismantled is reassembled, with the same numbering and the same screws. We make sure each item is stable before moving on to the next.

We remove the cartons and wrapping and leave the place clean. Then you walk through and check before signing for delivery — and any remark is recorded on the report before signing, not after.
