Office & Company Relocation
Office & Company Relocation — With Minimal Downtime
Moving an office isn’t just a bigger house move. The key difference is that every hour of downtime costs money — idle employees, customers who can’t reach you and systems that are offline. That’s why we plan the move around your business, not the other way round.
What makes office moving different?
| Criterion | Home move | Office move |
|---|---|---|
| Timing | Flexible, at your convenience | Usually outside working hours — weekends or nights |
| Priority | Furniture safety | Furniture safety and business continuity |
| The hardest part | Large items | Systems, servers and archives |
| Coordination | Directly with you | With management, IT and building management |
| Confidentiality | Personal | Files, contracts and customer data |
How we carry out your office move
Survey and written plan
We visit both offices — current and new — and inventory the furniture, equipment and archives. Then we draw up a timeline that sets what moves first and what stays operational until the last moment.
New layout plan
We agree with you on the location of every desk and department before the move, and number the items with the desk numbers on the floor plan — so everything goes straight to its place with no second move.
Systematic archive packing
Numbered boxes with a contents list for each. Your files arrive in the same order — not a pile that takes a week to sort out.
Equipment & systems
We photograph the connections before unplugging, pack every device in shock-absorbing materials and label the cables. We work alongside your IT team — we move, they switch on.
Moving outside working hours
Weekends or nights, depending on what suits your business and the building rules. The goal is for your staff to find their desks ready on the morning of the next working day.
Assembly & handover
Desks and units reassembled according to the floor plan, debris removed and handover against a signed inventory. We stay with you until you confirm each department is ready.

Five tips for your company’s move coordinator
- Appoint a single coordinator — multiple points of contact are what delay office moves the most.
- Ask each employee to empty their own drawer into a box with their name — faster and better for privacy.
- Back up all systems the day before the move — a precaution you can’t skip.
- Notify your customers and suppliers of the new address two weeks before the move, and update it in records and platforms.
- Book the elevators and building permits at both locations — many complexes require advance coordination.
