Scope of our services

We provide local furniture moving, packing, disassembly and reassembly, international shipping by sea, air and land, secure storage and international car shipping — within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and other destinations depending on the available route.

The quote

• The quote is free and doesn't obligate you to sign.
• The quote is based on the information you give us; if reality differs substantially at the time of the job (larger volume, higher floor, vehicle can't reach), we tell you the difference before we start, not after.
• The quote's validity period is stated in it; after that, prices may change with shipping costs.
• Anything the price doesn't include is stated explicitly in the quote.

Booking & scheduling

The date is confirmed once you approve the quote. We commit to arriving at the agreed time, and if anything delays us we inform you immediately. Likewise, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to postpone or cancel.

Customer responsibilities

• Emptying drawers and cabinets of personal belongings before the moving date.
• Keeping jewelry, cash, original documents and personal devices with you.
• Securing a vehicle access permit or booking the elevator if the building requires it.
• Disclosing any item of exceptional value or special sensitivity before the job starts.
• The accuracy of data and documents provided for international shipping.

What we don't accept for moving or shipping

• Flammable or explosive materials and compressed gases.
• Materials prohibited by law or restricted without a permit.
• Perishable food, plants and animals.
• Personal belongings inside a car when it is shipped.
• Mortgaged cars or cars without valid documents.

Damage & claims

We handle damage through a clear procedure, not an argument:

• Any visible damage must be reported immediately at delivery and recorded on the delivery report.
• Hidden damage must be reported within a period set by the contract from the delivery date.
• The shipment's condition is compared with the photo documentation taken before loading.
• Compensation limits and conditions are set out in the insurance policy attached to the contract.
• We are not liable for damage caused by a pre-existing defect in an item, packing carried out by the customer, or force majeure.

International shipping & customs

Customs duties and taxes in the destination country are paid by the consignee unless otherwise agreed in writing. Transit times are estimates affected by vessel and flight schedules and border procedures, and we are not liable for delays caused by official authorities or operational conditions beyond our control.

Storage

Storage is charged from the deposit date according to the contract. If payment is overdue for a period set by the contract, the company may take the legal measures stipulated in it after notifying the customer.

Payment

The payment method and schedule are set out in the quote. A certified VAT invoice is issued for every job, and the shipment is not handed over before dues are settled unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
